Portobello Amateur Swimming Club, based in Edinburgh, is one of the top aquatic clubs in Scotland, with strong Swimming and Water Polo sections. Founded in 1912, we are proud to include amongst our membership and coaching staff, swimmers and water polo players who have achieved great success over the years at international level. We still use our home pool, the historic Portobello Baths, extensively and maintain strong links with the local community.

We are a friendly and family orientated club who provide fantastic coaching expertise, support and expertly planned pathways for progression. We welcome swimmers and water polo players whether they want to achieve success at the highest levels possible or simply want to train and keep fit in an enjoyable way. We are always happy to hear from prospective new members and offer trial sessions to any interested swimmers or water polo players.
